Create Jira and Service Now Tickets

You can create Jira and Service Now tickets for the found vulnerabilities directly from the CloudDefense platform.

Prerequisites:

  1. Integrated Jira/Service Now Account

  2. Enabled Jira/Service Now Integration

to know how to integrate Jira/Service Now account with CD.

Step 1: Go to Compliance Findings

First, go to the compliance findings where you will have the option to create Jira and Service now tickets.

Step 2: Create Tickets

Once, you hit, “Create Jira Ticket” or “Create Service Now Ticket”, you will see that the tickets have been created and you can also see the ticket number:
